The practice abides by the complaint procedure set out by the Welsh Assembly Government . This complaints procedure also applies to children who may wish to comment on the service.
If you have any comments or complaints about the practice, please contact the Practice Manager or in her absence Huw Rees her assistant.
Often complaints develop due to misunderstandings and loss of communication and the most effective path to take is to speak directly to the member of staff concerned in a non-confrontational manner. If you feel you lack the confidence to do this then follow an informal route by speaking to the Practice Manager who can speak on your behalf to the person concerned. Alternatively you may wish to go straight ahead with a formal written complaint or concern you have encountered especially if this relates to a GP or Practice Nurse.
